Community and arts organizations have the opportunity to become stakeholders in the Opera House for a nominal annual fee. If you are a stakeholder, you can use the venue for a variety of purposes, including:
- Meetings
- Rehearsals
- Classes
- Practices
- Performances
Each stakeholder group's agreement with the Opera House Management Committee is tailored to their specific needs and usage levels, including the cost of being a stakeholder. These agreements commence in September of each year and offer the added benefit of coverage by the Municipality of Pembina's Liability Insurance.
This partnership reflects a strong commitment to the mission of the Manitou Opera House, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship for both our stakeholders and the Opera House.
Over the years, a diverse array of organizations have become stakeholders, including choirs, dance and drama companies, theater groups, local schools, ministerial organizations, youth groups, foundations, service clubs, music festivals, vendor markets, and even a walking club.
